Eligibility of DU  IBA BBA admission circular 2016-17:

1. For SSC/HSC Passed Applicants: Students who have fulfilled IBA DU admission requirements for applying in different units of Dhaka University, and have passed their SSC or equivalent exam during 2012-2015 and HSC or equivalent exam in 2017 are only eligible for IBA admission requirements to apply for 2017-2018 academic session. They must have a minimum 7.5 as the total of SSC & HSC GPA (including the 4th subject). Candidates must secure at least 3.5 GPA in both the exams to be eligible to apply.

2. For IGCSE/O-Level and IAL/GCE A-Level or Equivalent Exam Applicants: Students who have passed IGCSE/O-Level exam in at least 5 subjects (including mathematics) during 2012-2015 and IAL/GCE A-Level exam in at least 2 subjects (final result of at least one subject must have been published in 2017) are eligible for DU IBA BBA Admission Test to apply. Out of the 7 subjects in IGCSE/O-Level and IAL / GCE, A-Level candidates should get minimum 4 B grades and 3 C grades. Among the best five grades of O-Level and best two grades of A-Level, no ‘D’ grade will be accepted.

3. No candidate is eligible to sit for this year’s Dhaka University IBA BBA Admission Circular 2017-18 if he/she had appeared in any admission test of Dhaka University, including IBA in 2016 or before. Candidates from O-Level, A-Level or from all other boards outside the country have to obtain “Equivalence Certificate” from IBA before applying

Selection Procedure of DU IBA BBA Admission Test

All Bangladeshi applicants must take the DU IBA BBA Admission Test. The Dhaka University IBA BBA Admission test has two components: Written Assessment and Communication Test. The Written Assessment component evaluates applicant's aptitude in Language, Mathematics, and Analytical ability. To pass the Written Test, an applicant must obtain a minimum qualifying score in each of the above areas. For the Communication Test, applicants will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Written Assessment. IBA DU admission test question is different from other admission test question.

Foreign nationals with a score of at least 1900 out of 2400 in SAT Reasoning Test (with at least 600 in Critical Reading and Math and at least 550 in Writing) may be exempted from the Written Assessment. Also, foreign national candidates having at least 1265 out of 1600 in SAT Reasoning Test (with at least 600 in Math and 575 in Reading & Writing) may be exempted from the Written Assessment but must appear in the Communication Test.

• Applicants must have to pass GCE “O” Level with ‘B’ grade in each 5 Subjects ( including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry & English) and GCE “A” Level with ‘A’ grade in each 3 subjects ( including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry) & ‘B’ grade in other subjects. • They have to acquire CGPA 4.00 in Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics in HSC or similar exam (admission associated subjects),

• To admit Pharmacy Department, applicants must get CGPA 4.00 in Biology &b Chemistry subjects.

For Unit “C”:

Comilla University Admission Test Circular 2017-18: Comilla University for the academic year 2017-18 of Honours 1st-year Admission Test Circular has been announced. Comilla University Admission Test 2017-18 will be held on 17th November (Friday) 2017 & 18th November (Saturday) 2017.44nd academic council meeting of Comilla University was held a few days ago. In that meeting, Comilla University Admission Test Circular 2017-18 related decision was taken.

On the year academic year, 2017-2018 of Honours 1st Year whole 910 students were admitted to Comilla University. But this year Comilla University increases their seat for the interested candidates. For the academic year 2017-18 of Honours 1st year, almost 1000 students will get the chance to admitted into Comilla University.

• Only science background students can apply in Medical Admission Test 2017-2018 in Bangladesh.
• Applicants will have to be Bangladeshi citizen by Birth.
• Applicants must have a minimum GPA: SSC+HSC= 9:00 [8.00 for Tribal]
• Applicants having GPA below 3.50 (3.00 for Tribal) either in SSC or HSC will not be allowed.
• Applicants must have GPA minimum 3.50 in Biology in HSC.
